“There are two types of people — those who come into a room and say ‘Well, here I am!’ and those who come in and say ‘Ah, there you are’.”
– Frederick Collins

During this season of virtual team management, remote meetings, the blurring and integration of work and life, social media, and online communities, we have a greater need for exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate, listen, connect, and be understood. Interpersonal skills govern your behaviors, manners, attitude, and interaction tactics to engage, build relationships, and work well with others effectively both in your professional and personal lives.

Some people possess these skills naturally while others can learn and practice to improve them. We’ve all met that dynamic, charismatic person that just has a way with others, and has a way of being remembered, admired, and loved. You will identify ways of creating a persuasive introduction, nurturing relationships, remembering names, and managing situations even when you’ve forgotten someone’s name.
