Goal setting is a simple yet robust approach to lead your life and bring your dreams to reality. However, many people don’t practice the concepts of goal setting. Goal setting allows for self-awareness, self-reflection, self-accountability, and self-development. It provides a positive approach to your life to motivate, empower, and inspire yourself to achieve your goals and aspirations.

Please take some time to complete your Goal Setting pre-assessment worksheet (in the materials tab) to kick-off your Goal Setting and Getting Things Done Workshop and Coaching. Make a note of what you hope to learn or goals you want to address after the workshop.
